1-Writing and placing employment ads, as well as maintaining the applicant tracking database.
2-Reviewing, screening, and maintaining applications and resumes, corresponding with candidates.
3-Preparing new hire job offers, and new hires orientation meetings.
4-Preparing contracts for new employees, contract changes and keeping accurate records.
5-Coordinating 100-day and annual performance appraisal processes.
6-Creating of training manuals, HR manual, and employee handbook.
7-Organize individual and group inductions for new employees.
8-Responsible for payroll of more than 300 employees for Monthly period.
9-Calculate new hire pay, termination pay, and any required adjustment to normal pay.
10-Processing stop payments or adjustments of payroll.
11-Processing of manual checks such as terminations.
12-Calculate bonuses and overtime as requested.
13-Reviewing computed wages and correcting errors to ensure the accuracy of earnings.
14-Ensure that all changes to payroll are processed correctly.
15-Coordinating benefit plan due diligence with Director, Human Resources.
16-Conducting background screenings for all prospective employees.
17-Providing research for policies, training, strategic planning, and other human resource issues.
18-Organize individual and group inductions for new employees.
19-Updating job descriptions, as needed.
20-Providing written and verbal employment verifications.
21-Maintaining employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance.
22-Responsible for the follow-up Time & Attendance and Absence.
23-Liberalization of the annual evaluation reports for all employees of the institution.
24-Participation in the planning and preparation of operational programs.
25-Manage the HR email inboxes, responding to enquiries and referring issues for HR advice.
26-Organize staff meetings, group training and other meetings and events.
27-Providing timely assistance to team members regarding human resource issues.
