• Communicating with Overseas Recruitment Agencies for hiring needs and organizing Overseas recruitment trips.
• Checking candidates’ credential and obtain the necessary pre-employment documents for the approved applicant and initiate employee file.
• Coordinating with the public relation department to get the Employment visas and work permits for the new hired employees.
• Booking flight tickets, and hotel reservation for the coming candidates and inform PR with arrival dates.
• Preparing the payroll forms and ensuring the new employees are adhering to the HR policies.
• Conducting new hire orientation.
• In-charge for all type of Health Insurance for the new and existing staff.
• Accomplished the manpower requirements for several projects.

•Designing and developing Job Descriptions.
• Preparing and running employment advertisements.
• Responsible for all types of medical insurance cards with knowledge of the health insurance terms and policies.
• Responsible for all types of Gate Passes (military bases, ports and islands).
• Ensuring that all assignments are completed within time constraints to meet clients' specifications.
• Actively involved in the recruitment registration, contracts and supplying man power for Regional Oil & Gas Industry companies like - ADCO, ADGAS, ADMA, ADNOC.
• Responsible for agency relationship management. • Posting job vacancies on websites, news papers.
• Ability to manage a large and variable workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work.
• Receiving and coordinating incoming correspondence, including collecting and distributing mail
• Monitoring and maintaining computers systems and peripherals devices.
• Ensuring that software is up-to-date at all times
