- Finding and dealing with new vendors, build a trusted vendor.
- Liaising between Technical, Product development, and Vendors. to finding proper product and items for the project.
- Negotiate, Evaluate Quotations through comparison sheet, and issuing PO or Contract.
- Follow up PO & Contract until closing.
- Follow up vendors and update price and Procurement Data

- Managing daily activities of 3 Purchases delegate in 3 projects, The projects budget more than 300 million SAR.
- Building a trusted relation with more than 15 suppliers to supply materials under long credit period, and priority perspective.
- Coordinate with international and local suppliers for delivering orders full or partial, under confirmed terms and conditions.
- Receiving invoices, Checking, Conforming, co-work with Finance.
- Prepare a periodic report through full tracking records for all issued PO’s, contracts, and credit and due payments.
- Supporting project teams & Evaluation Vendor & Subco.
- Lead and Perform Project administration and purchases documentation.
- Set purchasing system for daily purchases, managing activities of 2 purchases delegate, and achieved more than 50 trusted suppliers.
- Build the purchasing department documentations, with all its type and classifications, that lead to a perfect consistency in purchasing activities.
- Coordination with international suppliers to provide the proper documents under clearance customs regulations, follow up brokers until we receive orders.
- Making the procurement activities starting from receiving Materials Request until issuing PO, and logistic activities until receiving materials in the warehouse.
- Managing facility activities, reduce camp rent contract by 25%, achieved camp resident satisfaction through services availabilities.
- Working in several Projects (King Saud University - Jeddah, Al Haram Expansion Project - Mecca, Haramain High Speed Railway - Mecca, King Abdelaziz international Airport - Jeddah).
- Handling Petty Cash, and Perform daily Purchasing activities through Purchases team.
- Perform project admin daily activities.
- Lead the Logistic activities in in the Project.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Working in several statistical and development projects, as Field researcher, Field Supervisor, Data Auditor, and Project Controller.
