• In charge of coordinating with the overseas design office for design changes and site related design variations.
• Followed up very closely with the procurement and planning department to ensure target dates are adhered to.
• Ensured that the materials delivered and work executed is in compliance with Australian standards and project specifications.
• Coordinated with the building manager from the main contractor side (CJJV) with regards to the project performance.

Senior project Engineer (MEP). (2.13 Billion USD (Package 3)) Princess Nora University for Women
LEED project to house the world’s largest solar collector system.
Reporting to the project manager -(Engineering) and the upper management regarding the following: Production of engineering shop drawings and supervision of the engineering team for HVAC and plumbing activities. Coordinate with contracts and material departments for all Plumbing related activities. Supervise the sewage treatment plant package. (Supervised a project team of the HVAC engineer and piping engineer and 5 CAD operators). Managed all S/C engineering delivery schedules and imposed changes if necessary. Liaised with 3D dept fully for final layout productions)

Senior Project engineer (MEP) College of business and computer science (CMU) (150M USD). Reporting to the MEP manager regarding the following: Mechanical sub contract administration. Electrical / Mechanical procurement. Coordinate with planning department to coordinate all site activities. Follow up engineering progress. (shop drawings ). Supervision of commissioning activities. (Managed a team of 1 site mechanical engineer, 1electrical procurement engineer and controlled S/C progress and payments.)
Project completed and transferred by the company to PNUW -Riyadh.

In charge of project monitoring, managing, and reporting to the project manager regarding the following: Planning. Cost control. Contract administration. Procurement and Materials control. DCG Administration / Personnel.

Assistant site manager - Sharjah STW phase VI (27M USD).
Meet /discuss projects with clients. Negotiate with suppliers. Follow up project plan and ensure all targets are met in time and within budget. Initiate project set up including recruitment. Liaise with HQ for support services. Liaise with HQ for financial services.
