IT Responsibilities:
● Set up and maintain computer hardware, software and network services.
● Ensure audit compliance for IT procedures and processes in line with PCI (Payment Card Industries) standards.
● Ensure that archives are available as soon as possible for any data loss issues arising from user errors or system failures.
● Design and set up of network solutions including LAN/WAN.
● Assist Help Desk in creation, termination and various email issues.
● Support with Quintessentially Website infrastructure and Salesforce CRM.
● Act as a system administrator in the absence of IT Manager and solve the problems faced by Quintessentially staffs globally.
● Provide service of registration for a new user to be setup with Avaya Access and Avaya IPOCC.
● Release blocked emails as requested using Mimecast.
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
● Assisted in creating marketing videos as internal news.
● Prepared internal newsletters for the company.
● Designed Invitation letter for Quintessentially clients.
Office Admin / Public Relation Officer Responsibilities:
● Liaison with DMCC on issues related to employment visas, cancellations, cards and letters.
● Organize and maintain office filing system.
● Coordinate office matters internally and with relevant suppliers.
● Maintain office logbook to ensure office security.
● Create monthly expense report for presentation to finance department.
● Ensure Quintessentially PCI security compliance.
• Develop and manage programs designed to combat emergency water hazards
• Liaise with head office and manufacturers to organize timely delivery and distribution of supplies
• Manage Purification team staff on the ground
• Coordinate activities with other funding agencies, development programs and local health counterparts
