Performing a Technical, Contractual, Organizational and Supervisory role at Sites for Technica Equipment.
Checking the drawings and details and ensure that the approved documents are in conformity with site conditions. Report any problems / issues to the Engineering department
Day to day management of site including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and monitoring the work of any sub-contractors
Attending site meetings concerning the progress of work.
Daily reporting to the Customer Service Department regarding the progress achieved at site and also indicates the actual status against the planned activities. Report site issues which need special / immediate attention of management.
Monitor and ensure that all the site works are carried out as per the Approved Quality Requirements as defined. Ensure that all site works are performed in conformance to the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Policy
Coordinate amongst various contractors and ensure that the works are carried out smoothly
Manage site expenses and reports
Routine site office activities including report keeping, document control, etc.
Working in the After Sales Department and performing different tasks:
Manage the installation of Technica and partner's equipment.
Follow-up with the installation team, the partners (Lanfranchi, Serac, Thimon..) and the customers until the successful commissioning of the projects.
Managed Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and Technicians responsible for the installation and commissioning of industrial automation projects to ensure their delivery is on time and within budget.
Managing the mechanical and electrical problem of each project and coordinate with the related department for the solution.
Managing customer claims and coordinating with the customer accordingly.
Visited clients to obtain site measurements and customer requirements, fix snags, and recommend spare parts
Wrote detailed daily task reports and snag records
Training in the factory on the installation of electrical panel and different electrical components
Attend a training on customer satisfaction -complaints handling in organization ISO 10002 with the CAMTS: Canadian advanced management and training solutions
Working in the service department and performing different tasks:
Assemble/disassemble different models of caterpillar generators and engine.
Going to the field with supervisor for solving different problem in machines (excavator, forklift …).
Training on warranty and preparing claims on products failures.
Working in the store for tools inventory purposes and tracking tools and arranging them.
Night shift: 3:00 PM to 11 PM working in the assembly department ( some times up. to 5:00AM)
Preparing and assembling electrical liquid immersed distribution transformer
Helping in fixing different machine problems that happened at night.
