Responsibilities:
• Supervised all the structure works including foundation (piling & open foundation), Sub-structure and Super-Structure (PSC/RCC/Steel Girders, Solid /Composite Slab), Culverts.
• To check and approve the reinforcement laid for major components of structures as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervising the Erection of girders, RE Block Casting and erection.
• To witness the Cube Tests of each component constructed.
• To prepare and update the Progress Report and Status of project completion as per submitted schedule.
• To co-ordinate with NHAI technical team and Concessionaire for any work stoppages/local interferences.
• To attend progress review meetings with Project Director, NHAI.
• To attend meetings with Project District Collector regarding local hindrances and issues for land acquisition, etc..
• To visit the manufacturer’s factory for testing of bearings/expansion joints, approval of other materials.

Project Includes 205 Structures (3 Grade Separators, 4 Railway Over Bridges, 6 Major Bridges, 38 Interchanges, 7 Minor Bridges, 22 All Vehicle Under Passes, 23 cattle Crossings., 38 Pedestrian Crossings and 64 Culverts)
Responsibilities:
• Supervised all the structure works including foundation ( piling & well foundation), Sub-structure and Super-Structure( PSC/RCC Girders, Solid Slab), Culverts.
• To check and approve the reinforcement laid for major components of structures as per approved drawings and specifications.

Project Includes 38 Structures (2 Major Bridges, 6 Minor Bridges and 32 Culverts)
Responsibilities:
• To co-ordinate with Client(Authority), Authority’s Engineers, Design Director, etc.
• To co-ordinate with Design Director’s team for finalizing the Detailed Project Report and its approval from Safety Consultant, Proof Consultant and Authority’s Engineer.
• To arrange for initial set up by company, establish Site Camp & Site Laboratory
• To submit the Project Management Schedule and execute works in accordance with target dates.
• To prepare and submit IPC Bills to Client
• To get the Materials Approved by the Authority’s Engineer.
• To attend monthly Progress Review Meetings with client & Authority’s Engineer.

- Gabion Protection Work of Right bank of barrage for Maneri Dam on River Bhagirathi at Joshiyara, Uttarkashi (Uttrakhand) (130 millions) (In Progress)

Highlights
Supervised all the structure works including RCC, PCC, Piling, Panel Casting & Erection for RE Wall.
Undertook a proof checking of working drawings of all components of the elevated portion, Vehicular Underpass, junctions, intersections, and the RE walls.
Reviewed the mix designs of all grade of RCC Concretes in accordance with the IRC standards.
Approved the materials such as Cement, Sand, Aggregates, Steel, Geogrids, Geotextile, etc.
Project Undertaken
Third National Highway Project of Four Laning and Strengthening of NH - 2 Package II-C (Fatehpur to Khaga) under loan assistance from World Bank (Rs. 3000 million).
Highlights
Checked and provided minor modifications as well as corrected the bridge drawings & bar bending schedules.
Scrutinized adherence of contractor’s temporary working drawings for being in accordance with standards.
Supervised all the concreting activities as well as other structural activities like Brickwork, R/Walls, RE Walls, Pipe Laying, etc.
Finalized the drawings and locations of various structures according to the site conditions.
Project Undertaken
Widening and Strengthening of Cuddapah - Renigunta Road (Andhra Pradesh State Highways Project-4) under the loan Assistance from World Bank (Rs. 1320 million).
Highlights
Prepared working drawings and bar bending schedules for various types of RCC structures, bridges & culverts.
