• Manage end to end Facilities Management Solutions (Integrated IFM)
• Preparing the Blue Print/Key data Structure to derive the CAFM system
• Understanding the FM process and convert those process into system workflow
• Coordinate with vendors/developers to for any change requests of CAFM system
• Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) and schedule the transport of CR’s to LIVE database
• Monitor key performance indicators that underpin customer business issues
• Creating user manuals related to CAFM system and train the end users
• Act as the key focal point for all CAFM related activities and develop processes and procedures
• Prepare reports on performance across all area to ensure consistency and identify areas for improvement
• Responsible to maintain master data of 90+ projects on CAFM system
• Maintaining & Monitoring the FM mobility application and PDA’s
