Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution, involving finalization of engineering specifications,
procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, manpower planning, etc.
• Achieves maintenance operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving
problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
• Meets electrical maintenance financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling
expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Handling strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives
• Monitoring production related tasks and control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules
• Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with low maintenance cost and machine, etc.
Quality Assurance:
• Monitoring and optimizing the maintenance processes & troubleshooting problems in coordination with other departments for
improving efficiency
• Assessing quality performance in Electrical and Mechanical department areas along with analysis of maintenance goals verses
quality & cost objectives
HSE Management:
• Developing HSE management plans and overseeing the implementation of the same as per the guidelines
• Conducting safety inspections/audits, occupational health surveys, surveillance and field auditing for compliance
Key Result Areas:
• Maintaining the plant equipment like EOT Cranes up to 10 ton, Hydraulic presses, Pneumatics, shearing machines, welding
machines, compressors, chillers, steam boilers, all types of PLC controls and PID controllers etc.
• Scheduling preventive maintenance for all equipments
