•Executing modification of piping rack, railing for overhead tanks, staircase;
•Partition of oil sump & structural work. Cleaning and maintenance of tanks/modules, oil skimmers.

•Installation of chemical tanks for Gas gathering station

•Supervision for fabrication work of fire extinguishing items & equipments such as Aqua foam monitors, Remote control monitors, water monitors.
•Inspection of incoming equipments like valves, strainers & pipe fittings materials.
•Tasting arrangement and Take performance test of water monitors, fire and chemical suits.
•In process inspection in fabrication shop & DP test, Hydro test of all weld joints & shop test.
•Preparing ISO documents & client handling during inspection.
•Inspection with third party Liaison like DNV, EIL, BVQI

•Responsible as shift incharge of fabrication shop.
•Production planning and achieve the production.
• Planning of preventive maintenance by analysis the problems faced during daily production in various welding M/C
•Customer complaint analysis and taking action to eliminate this by meeting.
•Enhance job knowledge providing to worker to minimise rejection & rework.
•Eliminating unnecessary extra activities to productivity improvement.
•Visual and dimensional inspection of parts from initial to final stage with respect to use measuring instruments like dial gauge, vernier calliper, micrometer, height gauge, Go-Not Go gauges, filler guage with reference of drawing and sample of job.
