Antom is a design & advertising agency which was launched in 2018 with a prominent track record in over 7 countries, I held a part-time job during that period which included a role of covering market situation, competitor analysis, brand persona and content plan.
Achievements:
• Appointed to lead the restructuring of the company's operation department with the founder, focusing on recruiting, training, and developing a team comprising 14 sales executives, account managers, content creators, and web developers.
• Successfully evolved the company's offerings from a branding agency to a comprehensive advertising and design agency, introducing new revenue streams to maximize revenue by 300% including social media services, marketing campaigns, and web & app development
• Expanded the company's client base by acquiring new clients from 7 diverse industries, resulting in a 200% increase in our portfolio distributed in over 7 countries including MENA, Europe, and North America.
Affiliate Mates Network is an affiliate network working with prosperous brands from the MENA and international regions from SVODs to E-commerce.
Achievements:
• In charge of 11 account managers who are responsible for over 150 affiliates and influencers enlisted for 40 clients.
• Designed and implemented a robust KPI system which increased the target reach by 60%.
• Acted as a representative for the CEO, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making abilities in their absence facing challenges with clients and partners.
• Produced comprehensive monthly reports, offering insights and performance metrics to clients and management which increased efficiency by over 50%.
Way In is an application that acts as a facilitator for government activities related to goods and fuel allotments. I joined the team on a project basis for 12 months, and together we successfully reached 4 million downloads.
Achievements:
As the marketing supervisor of the project for 12 months, I developed hand-in-hand with managing partners the marketing department and policies, managed a team of five, and orchestrated a successful outreach strategy resulting in over 4 million app downloads. Through thorough competitor analysis, we maintained a competitive edge in the market. Moving forward, I aim to build upon these achievements to drive further growth and success.
Concept Seven is a group of design experts and hospitality consultants, aiming to provide new concepts, creative designs, marketing strategies, operation solutions, risk management, and hospitality recruitments. where I took a role in the procurement department in one of the company's concepts "Blanca Cafe Bistro"
Achievements:
• Contacted, Analyzed and negotiated terms of agreement and pricing with over 70 suppliers.
• Set up point-of-sale systems alongside the back-office arrangements required.
• Generated monthly count reports to enhance the supply chain
• Reduced the number of suppliers to 20% with the same efficiency.
• Cut the cost of sales by 15% through sourcing the best buy from our suppliers.
Creative Spirit is a food and beverage management company specializing in concept development, it launched the first brand "Toasted" in 2007 where it grew with over 11 branches and counters between Jeddah & Riyadh. I was part of the marketing team working hand in hand with my manager and operation team.
Achievements:
• I was part of the launch team for two additional branches and two corporate counters and was responsible for their marketing launching campaigns.
• Took part of the team to a successful rebranding initiative, delving deep into consumer insights to elevate our brand identity. I also played a key role in launching this fresh identity into the market.
