Role functions included among others:
Review, monitor and analyze trading reports for all business units of company; Conduct quantitative analysis of statistical data on monthly basis to evaluate the company’s performance; Build and maintain strong customer relationship through regular meetings; Monitor institutional accounts and completed financial transactions at once in tandem to maximize customer flow; Manage and reduce risk associated with settlement failure; Create and deliver presentations, providing recommendations on short- and long-range.
Collaborate with business team to develop for several new product launches, DVP- Delivery Versus Payment shares settlement system and ETF- Exchange Traded Fund in collaboration with the company’s partners. Both projects increased company’s profitability and competency in Stock Exchange market.
Establish new performance tracking and management reporting system to improve availability, accuracy of statistical data and evaluate the company’s performance.
Role functions included among others:
collaborate in determining benchmark figures for project implementation; conduct technical and business feasibility of upcoming projects; monitor project progress, and solve any conflicts that arise and take appropriate measurements to minimize potential risks; analyze project processes; and develop reports.
Improve system’s operational efficiency through implementation streamlined workflow data-management applications in Lotus Notes platform.
Contribute to develop internal MIS applications for automation on all business units at the company to reduce annual cost of paperwork by 50%.
