Works under the General Direction of the management Alpha Omega Est. and undertakes but
not be limited to the following works:
* Supervises, directs and controls all operation on a Site.
* Ensures that high standard of services maintained and makes sure that the client is fully
satisfied with company's performance.
* Maintain overall requirement of the HSE management system.
* Ensures that Company's HSEMS is reviewed as necessary.
* Ensures appropriate PPE's are in stock at all times.
* Reports to company all HSE activities on monthly basis.
* Makes Safety Tour to all sites with respective foreman periodically to maintain high standard of
HSE record.
* Conducts monthly Safety Group Meeting & HSE Committee Meeting with subordinates and
keeps records for all meetings.
* Ensures that the Federal Laws are implemented.
* Investigates, analyzes accidents and highlights proper recommendations
* Ensures that all Incidents / Accidents are investigated and remedial actions were taken.
* Identifies the field where his sub-ordinates required training and arranges training programs.
* Liaisons with Clients regarding Man Power Selections, Site Tours, PPE, Safety Committee
Meeting, Emergency Procedure, Environment Protection, Waste Management, Risk
Management & Campaigns.
* Ensures that all high-risk chemicals are being discussed with client's Safety Representative
before imported on Site.
* Checks and makes comment on quality of services at all areas regularly.
* Holds meeting with all foremen regarding services in their operations.
* Controls requests & issues of all Janitorial and cleaning materials and stocks & restocks all
consumables.
* Organize muster roll and makes payment on monthly basis.
* Identifies the personnel who qualified & excel in their job, encourages them by awarding.
* Ensures constant contact with Client Representative and Head Office.
* Prepares necessary reports whenever required.
* Searching and analyzing the forthcoming problems and taking necessary actions to avoid the
problems before it arises.
* Providing to the site managers all the data viz. programs, policies, budgets and procedures
which are necessary for the achievement of the set targets.
Administrating the smooth running of various projects.
* Ensuring that the corporate policies are implemented, operated and maintained within all
departments.
* Searching and analyzing the forthcoming problems and taking necessary actions to avoid the
problems before it arises.
* Responsible for replying the general correspondence.
* Planning the monthly and annual leave schedule for all the employees.
* Providing to the site managers all the data viz. programs, policies, budgets and procedures
which are necessary for the achievement of the set targets.
* Checking and processing payment certificates for projects and follow up of payments from
clients.
* Interaction with banks for Letter of Credit, Performance and tender bonds.
* Ensuring payrolls are prepared, checked and forwarded for management approval.
* Ensuring payments such as salaries, settlements, suppliers and subcontractor payments.are done
as approved
Ensuring that the quality management system of the company is established and implemented
in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
* Maintaining the effective implementation of the quality management system.
* Planning and supervising the quality audit programs.
* Reporting the performance of the company Quality Management System to the management.
* Coordinating with consulting and certifying bodies for ISO 9001:2000.
* Conducting the secretarial duties for management review of the quality management system.
* Determining and resolving, the principal causes of any non-conformance and conduct, where
appropriate, statistical analysis techniques, to establish any quality trends.
* Taking the appropriate actions to avoid the occurrence of any non- conformity related to
quality management system.
* Receiving and/or taking solutions for any quality problems.
* Verifying the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions taken.
* Promoting the quality awareness and controlling the training needs for the company staff.
* Organize management reviews for the QMS, outcome implementation and follow up.
* Initiate and implement long-term preventive actions to prevent recurrence / occurrence of
non-conformities.

* Verification of corrective action (with PM to stop or reject work)
* Recommend and implement improvement to the QMS.
