Main Responsibilities:
• Recording all Accounting Transactions
• Preparing Financial Statements (on a Monthly Basis )
• Analysis of the revenue and expenditure trends
• Managing Payroll for the Company's 70 Employees
• Controlling over 5 Million revenue SR Per Year
• Follow-up and review of Receivables accounts and ensure that all movements are done properly
• Follow-up and review of Suppliers accounts and ensure that all movements are done properly and Issue Check Payment.
• Prepare reconciliations of Bank statement, Account payable and Account receivable periodically and report if any discrepancies found
• Liaison work with internal and external auditors, banks and regulatory agencies
• Preparing and auditing yearly financial statement
• Break even point analysis of sales and expenses and to provide the necessary reports
Other Tasks:
 Managing and controlling administration online accounts ( Muqeem, MOL, Gosi, Hadaf, Tamm )
 Iqama’s & Legal documents renewal

Senior Accountant "
• Ensure compliance with the company policy and procedures on all financial matters
• Manage all financial activities of All regions

 Finance Manager
Main Responsibilities:
• Preparing Financial Statements (Income Statement & Balance Sheet) on a Monthly Basis.
• Cash flow statement & forecast.
• Provide all necessary support to Management with Sales & collections reports.
• Inventory Control, and Analyze cost accounting data.
• Follow-up and review of Suppliers accounts and ensure that all movements are done properly
• Review and process expense reports.

- Strong Control for Inventory Cycle and Reduce the cost.

"Accountant"
 Manage all financial activities of All regions
Reporting line
 Chief Accountant.
Main Responsibilities:
 Recording all Accounting Transaction
 Follow-up and control banks movement and bank reconciliations prepared by the end of the month.
 Follow-up procurement plan according to prices and approved quantities and following shipment dates and prepare deviations report.
 Preparing all required letters for international export
 Preparing Receivables Accounts and follow up monthly collections
 Preparing Payroll
