Managing the overall kitchen operations, ensuring that the kitchen employees
follow sanitary procedures while doing their high-quality and maximum productivity
tasks.
Manage grill areas since we are a live cooking steak house restaurant and ensure
that every order is being prepared and served with the standards.
Responsible for handling orders for 4 different outlets/restaurants by taking the
orders sheet from the Chefs and ordering the items requested from the outlets.
Keeping a good stock of the most used items from the restaurants and keeping an
alternative supplier for these items in case and supplier ran out of it.
Cost Analysis and following up with the finance department. Ensuring timely
delivery for the items and goods while adhering to budget constraints. Managing
the procurement process and maintaining effective supplier relation-ships. Product
management, including ordering, receiving, price changes, handling damaged
products, and returns.
