Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, firewall and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or remotely)
Setting up accounts for new users.
Testing new technology and coordinating repair and equipment replacement as necessary.

• Assess client’s training needs, facilitate learning,
track and report training outcomes, handle logistics for
training activities including venues and equipment.
• Set up social media programs related to business
needs, email marketing, brochure design, website
design, hosting and SEO.
• Establishes and maintain business relationships with
current clients.
• Handles admission and records of students.
• Does accounts job such as petty cash, part time
faculty salary and other matters related to the
accounts division.
• Prepares and submit weekly and monthly report
direct to the manager of the institute.
• Oversees facilities, technology, and materials utilized
of the institute, coordinating with appropriate services.
• Handles confidential information and documents of
the institute.
• Provide clerical assistance to Director of the institute.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Database Management and Maintenance.
• Responsible on maintaining and updating records of
all sales associates from different branches nationwide.
• Handle concerns of sales associates regarding items,
delivery, store area offer, and work schedule.
• Conduct a store visit to selected branches during
peak season in order to observe the flow of customers
as well as to supervise performance of the sales
associates.
• Conduct orientation (company rules and
regulations, selling tips, etc.) for newly hired sales
associates.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Perform other clerical jobs for corporate office.
• Perform general accounting and month-end closing.
• Record amounts and other data to the ledger, cash
disbursement book and journal.
• File and organize important documents from Bureau
of Internal Revenue, Social Security System, and HDMF.
• Receive telephone calls and concerns.
