MANAGEMENT CONTRACT RENEWAL
• Initiate renewal of all Property Management contracts • Actively engage in negotiations with existing clients
(landlords/owners) to maintain revenue of the company • Provide solutions to unsatisfied clients to reach an

TENANCY RENEWAL
• Disseminate renewal notices to tenants of both managed
and non-managed properties

negotiations
• Prepare tenancy contracts for approval and signature of
both parties and collect rental payments and fees from
the tenants
• Register / renew tenancy agreements in Ejari and deal
with tenancy renewal issues that may arise
• Refer soon-to-be vacant properties to corresponding
agents and liaise with the move-out coordinator
