 Supervising Plant, Utility Operations and ETP operations, ensuring the quality of work in a safe and efficient manner; supporting and monitoring of Crude oil receiving and transfer activities from SPM (shipment) to Storage facility.

Preparedness and Review of Standard operating procedures, PID reviews, Logic checking and Reviews.
Prepared planning for Pre commisioning and commissioning of Unit i.e loop identifications and PID mark up, Review procedures for precommissioning.
Involved in FAT of unit DCS logics and ESD.

Involved in Pre commissioning and commissioning of FCCU unit in ESSAR.
Promoted from Shift supervisor to Asst. Area Manager in ESSAR.
Supervised Team having 38 members of Operation (Manufracuring) including Shift supervisor, Panel Officer and Field Officer.
Monitoing Production planning and quality of product as per management requirements.
Planning and Coordination of Maintainance Jobs and coordination with service department.
Review and Implementation of Process change if any.
Maintaining documentation for continoual improvement of unit Health safety and Enviornments.
