MPC Health Care is a leading supplier of pharmaceutical and medical products in the UAE market. As a Recruitment Manager, I am responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition function, providing direct support to four business entities and six divisions with a total headcount of 1200 employees, and reporting to the Director of Human Resources.
Key Result Areas:
• Accomplish annual Workforce planning and budgeting for the calendar year in liaison with divisional requirements.
• Responsible for leading the full 360’ recruitment process for all division. This includes leading the sourcing efforts to locate top talent from around the world, Initial screening interviews, shortlisting for hiring manager interview & Negotiating offers.
• Responsible for Opening and posting vacancies in internal application tracking system (Albatha Job Watch) and external job boards (linkedin, Indeed).
• Identify multiple sourcing channels for active and passive candidates (University relation, Job boards, Database, referrals).
• Perform candidate screening, review resumes, phone calls, Screening grids, identifying position matching, availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs etc.
• Design implement and optimize the selection and assessment process (i.e. interviews, screening calls, assessments etc.) to ensure quality of hire.
• Partner with the broader organization to strategically anticipate needs and ensure a steady supply of quality talent as required.
• Identify/Headhunt critical roles who have the greatest impact on business success and develop approaches to attract and build relationships with talent segments to fill these roles.
• Partnered with hiring managers to define long term recruitment strategy, sourcing strategy & Workforce Planning.
• Identify, engage and assess C-level, senior executives & mid management across different functions and industries.
• Participate in JDs creation making sure it is compliance, attractive and clearly reflect our requirements.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive recruitment reports and dashboards, to reflect the progress of recruitment activities against agreed plans.
• Effectively providing onboarding support to new hires and candidates to help them fully integrate into the company's culture from day one.
Achievements
• Successfully reduced time to hire by 60% across all roles closed in 2021 & 2022.
• Led talent acquisition efforts for acquisition project of Thumbay pharmacies.
• Achieved 100% fill rate and 21 & 18 working days as overall average days to hire for all positions assigned for the year 2021 & 2022.
• Redesigned talent acquisition process & reduced employee turnover to 1% for performance reasons during probation period.
• Achieved satisfaction rate of 100% from all hiring managers from position closed for the year 2021 & 2022.
• Launched redesigned recruitment campaign on LinkedIn which resulted in an increase of 10, 000, 13, 000 followers since 2021 & 2022 .
• Agency spend was AED 0 across all roles since 2020, 2021 & 2022.
• Achieved 13%, 22%, internal mobility across all hires in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
• Achieved Emiratisation targets set for the year 2022 in record time.
