I am responsible for airline planning process, from the longest-range strategic decisions involving aircraft acquisition to medium-term decisions related to route planning. My main responsibilities include the economic evaluation of the aircraft/simulator acquisition projects, fleet planning and route economics, aircraft lease/purchase contract origination and negotiation, presentations to management on airline productivity, operating / financial performance, formulation, implantation and monitoring of strategies developed in strategic plan, coordination with aircraft manufactures, leasing companies and preparation of the Strategic Plan and projected financial statements. I am proficient in using information technology tools i.e. MS Excel, Power Point and Word.
Purchase and requisition of the building and plots, negotiation and preparation of lease agreement, analyze the purchasing and hiring options.
Preparation of presentations for management review
Coordinate with Government departments for the completion of lease and purchase process smoothly as per rules and regulations.
Preparation of the Feasibilities of new projects.
Analysis of the business potential in different regions of Pakistan.
Forecast of the electronic media industry.
Sensitivity and scenario analysis of the projected financials using the statistical tool.
I have done MBA with specialization in finance. In addition to my specialization subjects of finance, i had taken IT course.
I have done Bachelor of Sciences with subjects of Statistics, Economics, Mathematics.
