ELV-ICT system design review, Testing, commissioning & integration of systems such as Converged network solutions (Voice, Data & video), Security management systems (CCTV, Access control, Intrusion detection, Intercom, Gate barrier, Parking management system, digital signage), Fire alarm & voice evacuation system.
Installation of Leak Detection Panels and Sensors in drip tray of Refrigeration pipe and Chiller Units inside of Hospital basement area for protection of Electrical Switch gear & different live panels for protection purpose.
Responsible for testing, commissioning, operations and maintenance of ELV Systems. Guest room management system, Destination oriented allocation system, Smart home & Video intercom system, DCIM, RFID based location tracking system, AV etc.

Attend kick-off meeting, progress, status review meeting with all sub-contractors and liaises with project Consultant / Management to discuss any observed scope deviation and discrepancies.
Measuring & monitoring instrument calibration and Cable laying/Cable tray installation Strapping Equipment installation inspections.
Supports onsite project execution make decisions to support projects and acts as technical Witness the Commissioning activities of various system.
Complies With all statutory requirements connected with the implementation of Project. Strictly implement and adhere to Health and Safety Standards as per the Company Health and Safety Plan.
Responsible for quality monitoring for all stages of the project cycle from design review up to pre-
commissioning to ensure compliance with applicable Saudi Aramco procedures, project specifications
and standards.

audit conducted at office and project site.
Design Review, 30%, 60% and 90% technical Documents Review of design packages
(inclusive of design drawings, scopes of work, and material technical specifications) for
in-building and outside plant communication infrastructure systems.
Monitoring of Project QA/QC activities including preparation of Project Quality Plan,
Conducting regular reviews, evaluation and internal quality audits on the effectiveness of the
adopted Quality Management System, verifies compliance of performance output, and
identifies non-conformance for corrective actions. Address/Review the preventive actions.
Coordination with CSD and proponent during disputed issues.
Review and coordinate Technical Reports and provides a feedback to technical matters.
Supports onsite project execution. Make decisions to support projects and acts as technical
consultant.
Telecommunication in Cellular Networks - BSS (Nokia - Siemens Network “NSN”)
To ensure the correct application of the Quality Plan in site activities and coordination of the
Quality Control Plan implementation.
Ensured that the applicable updated Project references document such as drawings,
procedures applicable codes and standards.
Punch listing and coordination with the client/proponents for final acceptance & handing over
to client.
Witness the Commissioning activities of various system like IT, CCTV, AV, Security, PAVA etc.
Manage independently OSP cable laying, termination, jointing and link qualification work possessing excellent knowledge of latest machines, equipment’s and tools used for it.
Excellent knowledge of transmission and maintenance complete testing and characterization of optical fiber cable before and after deployment and its power budgeting, block wiring, structure cabling.
Able to perform optical power loss measurement test, chromatic dispersion test and polarization mode dispersion test on intra building single mode optical fiber.
Responsible & Supervise the installation, testing and labeling for Fiber optic cables in RFTS projects for SEC/NG substations at all over Kingdom.
Responsible for inspection, quality assurance (QA) and quantity control (QC) of electrical & F.O works, material received and to be delivered at sites.
Supervising installation activities, connections & laying (Networking) amongst different panels according to the layout/Schedule of the fiber optic cables & RJ45 for SAS & Bus-bar panels in SEC/NG substations.
Coordinate with the Project Manager to maintain high quality workmanship & minimize reworks and reject.
Maintain & observe safety procedure in every phase of work.
Manage project schedules and budgets, and obtain permits for operations.
Make engineering calculations connection with field & office assignments.
Investigate problems and recommend solutions.
Recalculate and counter check the design drawings/Layouts in order to avoid problem during execution.
Responsible for designing and proposal for client’s approval.
Ability to control multiple project activities simultaneously.
