Getting order through buying house and export house
Proper execution of order and dispatch it on time. Follow up for payment and Develop new sample for client. Maintain good relation with client.
Making a technical presentation and demonstrate how product will meet the client need
Providing pre-sale technical assistance and product education.
Provide support to existing customers as well as establish new costumer ‘s base.
Assisting the senior sales engineer in providing technical guidance of product applications .
Responsibilities of quantifying operational, financial and business advantages of the proposed solution for the prospective customer.
Performing preventive and breakdown maintenance of biomedical equipment and systems for the hospital.
SOP checks, investigate and troubleshoot complex technical problems reported.
Perform the preventive maintenance and calibration for instruments as per schedule frequency.
Daily routine round and inspection of all departments machines and report to the management.
Electrical safety checking regarding the standards of the equipment
Identify and solve operational issues pertaining to medical equipment and devices assigned.
Work closely with internal and external personnel, including medical professionals.
Coordination with Vendor, repair of electro medical equipment which is repairable in the hospital.
Coordination with the Procurement Officer for the Purchase Masculine small Items such as screw, fuse, & electronics
Components etc.
Maintain the documentation for biomedical equipments such as inventory, log book, records, complain book, report
Sheets and bills.
