 Maintaining liabilities portfolio of PKR. 600 MN (Highest among all new DIB branches of 2010, 2011 and 2012)

Major Job responsibilities include:
 Developing the business Development plan of the branch in line with Retail Management objectives and full coordination with Area Head & continuous follow up on its implementation to achieve the set goals.
 Achieving branch’s Retail sales & services targets as per the annual budget set & agreed with Retail Banking Management.
 Monitor & Supervise the branch’s performance / profitability and take corrective action to improve staff performance
 Manage the implementation of Service Quality action plans as set for the branch
 Market the bank’s products and services by direct or cross selling to achieve branch goals and increase customer base.
