 Responsible for Administration of personnel and site facilities.
 Responsible for project staff movement and timely Mobilization & Demobilization of Manpower.
 Ensure consistent HR administration including personnel files, contracts, job description, annual leave and sickness record.
 Supervise attendance record and finalization of payroll.
 Prepares official correspondence letter for executive review and signature.
 Responsible for inward and outward communication with Contractor and Subcontractors.
 Scheduling project meetings, writing minutes and agendas and circulating reference materials for preparation of meetings.
 Maintain Filing of project documents (hard and soft copies), and maintain logs and data bases.
 Managing maintenance, repair and upgrade of office equipment, furniture, computer & printers, photocopier and machinery.
 Arrangement of conferences, seminars, parties and sports events.
 Verifying invoices and delivery notes and forwarding for the release of payment.
 Assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses.
 Management of consumables supply and other pantry items requirements.
 Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence.
 Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing.
 Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
