• Looking after all the shift activities correspondence to instrumentation files, Preventive maintenance schedule, calibration certificate, calibration schedules, Inventory control using SAP.
• Taking care of operation and maintenance of all field instruments such as motorised control valves, all types of transmitters (LT, PT, TT, and FT), different types of solenoid valves, pneumatic cylinders, Switches(Pressure, Temperature and level), opacity meter, proximity switches, motorised gates.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of screw type air compressors (Make: Atlas Copco, IR).
• Maintenance and installation of Radar type level transmitters for silo and bunker level.
• Installation, calibration and loop checking of the field instruments.
• Profiling and troubleshooting of VFD’s and simocode (PRO-C & PRO-V).
• Maintenance and trouble shooting of 3 numbers roto packer (EEL).
• Calibration and maintenance of weigh feeders (Make: Schenk), weighbridge, solid flow meter (Transweigh).
• Maintenance of different systems like PA system, truck loader, bag printing system (Make: Control Print)
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of DCS system make siemens s7-400.
• Updating and designing new logic using simatic manager and mimics using Wincc.
• Actively taking part in maintenance and troubleshooting of breakers (ACB, VCB and Sf6).

• Installation, calibration and loop checking of the field instruments ( Emerson Rosemount, ABB, Bently Nevada, Switzer, SDR, Nutech)
• Maintenance and calibration of the control valves (Pneumatic, MOV, NRV, ) of make Mills, Auma matic.
• Designing, Implementing and Commissioning of new control loops as per site requirements.
• Review of control philosophy, P&I diagrams, cause & effect diagrams, instruments list, flow chart
• Preparing master data sheet for PM schedule; ensuring safe and efficient performing of PM
• Technical Support for the instrumentation team.
• Experienced in the field instruments and control systems procurement activities
• Spares balance investigation and inventory control for all instruments spare parts.
• Excellent communication interpersonal skills.

• Completed B.Tech (E.C.E) from J.N.T.U with an aggregate of 62.25 % in 2012.
• Xth from AECS (CBSE) with an aggregate of 78.6% in 2006.
