-BTS (Base Transceiver Station) & DDF (Digital Display Frame) Installation in Nokia Siemens Telecommunication Network Project.
-BTS (Base Transceiver Station) Commissioning using LMT Evolution Software.
-BSC (Base Station Controller) & TRAU (Transcoder & Rate Adaptation Unit) installation.
-Defining and testing of all alarm related to BSS during BTS & BSC installation.
-Antenna and feeder cable connection with the BTS using cable tester and BER tester.
-Perform TRX expansion and BTS re-configuration if required.
-Rectification of COBA, COSA, DUAMCO, FDUAMCO and, CU faults
-Coordinate with Nokia Siemens Team to rectify performance related Alarm.
-BATTERY & RECTIFIER installation & Commissioning.
-Defining and testing of all alarm related to Battery & Rectifier during installation.
-Worked in a small team of 10 and maintained the team as a team leader.
-Built team spirit as a team leader by ensuring that team members were compassionate to meet the assigned target.
-Installing and maintaining Office LAN, server hardware and software infrastructure;
-Ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient use of servers;
-Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords;
-Set up new users in Active Directory.
-Manage user group memberships in Active Directory.
-Managing email, anti-spam and virus protection;
-Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems;
-Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password;
-Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing network security, particularly if the network connects to the internet;
-Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence.
