• Providing Compensation & Benefits Strategy Consultation and Operational Human Resources Outsourcing services to Large Companies, Start-ups & SMEs in the Middle East & India.
• Recent Project: Review, design and propose new compensation and benefit structure, organization restructuring and job description review for Qatar Nakilat - Keppel Offshore & Marine Limited (Under consulting agreement with Raufar Turnaround Specialists Private Limited, Mumbai).
• Electronic Retailer: Established Human Resources Processes, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Sales Remuneration Structure for electronics retailer in India that had exponential staff growth due to business expansion.
• Successfully introduced the market pay system by facilitating market benchmarking of salaries and benefits and developed reward strategy.
• Conducted benchmarking analysis and developed the salary structure for Group's India Engineering Office.

• Achieved substantial savings for the group by directly dealing with insurance companies for employee benefit related insurance coverage from year 2013 onwards.

• Handled Job Design, Job Evaluation, Job Grading, Policies and Compensation at corporate level including South East Asia Operations.
• Subsequent to the acquisitions of ship yards in Singapore & Indonesia, employee grading system was reviewed and successfully integrated with Group grading system (5, 000 employees).
• Prepared manpower planning guidelines and introduced manpower review including de-layering, span of control guidelines and resource sharing.
• Formed the Job Analysis team in HR and conducted Job analysis and Evaluation of 930 jobs based on Hay methodology.
• Facilitated employee relocations, global remuneration and benefits administration, and performance management initiatives to support group level executives / workforce needs.
• Headed the review of Performance Management System and rolled out successfully the revised Performance Assessment and Management System.
• Objective and competency elements were aligned in Performance Management System based on the employees levels and a competency mapping were introduced.
