Responsibility:
Experience in Plant Maintenance & Project Erection and Commissioning of Electrical and mechanical equipment’s in a leading Gas manufacturing organization.
Programming knowledge in PLC, R&D, Control panel Design & Wiring.
Execute Electro-Mechanical Maintenance tasks with quality & Ensure compliance to standards, procedures and best practices, Assist manager in Spares procurement & Analyze Electrical Maintenance cost and budgeting.
Maintenance and Trouble shooting of Transformer, DG, Compressor, Motors, UPS Systems, Battery banks, PLC, Forklift and transmitters, CCTV, thermocouple, control Valves, NRV, pneumatics and hydraulics instruments.
Coordinate work through Sub-Contractors, Service Engineers, AMC vendor and Internal Departments.
Knowledge of IS and IE rules.
Breakdown data collection, Equipment history card Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance check sheet and Improving MTBF & MTTR.
Conduct regular Troubleshooting and analysis & Collect data for performance monitoring and reporting & Validate contractor management, implementation of recommendations.
Estimate connected Load, Max demand, selection of Transformer, HV&LV Switches.
Selection of Circuit Breakers, Cable sizing, MCCB, lighting scheme selection.
Distribution load Schedules, Earthing and Lightening protection, metering provision.
Preparation of Single Line Diagram and calculation of amps rating.
Energy and cost saving Projects identification and execution also have the knowledge of kaizan and handling the Health & safety and Environment.
A keen communicator with honed problem solving & analytical abilities.
Responsible for the control of revenue and capital budget for electrical system items and reduction in overall electrical unit consumption as per agreed targets.
Supports and implements safety training for the contractual employee within the department to develop safe workplace and to prevent injuries and assists in the identification and resolution of potential safety hazards.
