• Leading a team of HR professionals which involves Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Orientation, Training and Development, Performance Management, Feedback Mechanism System, Payroll and Compliance, Outsourcing, UAE Labor Laws, Succession Planning, Automation of HR Processes, Employee Engagement, Rewards and Recognition, Employee Benefits, etc.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the regions overall business strategy and the global HR strategy.
• Managing the Human Resource Information system effectively to ensure that correct and complete information is stored in the system and is used effectively for the benefit of the organization.
• Supporting the business strategy by developing methods and practices to engage, motivate and retain employees.
• Aligning the existing and new employees with the culture and values of the organization.
• Designing and implementing employee engagement agenda, including wellness and health programs, diversity & inclusion initiatives.
• Ensuring ongoing optimization of team's Performance Management Strategy in collaboration with line managers and senior management teams.
• End to end Recruitment (Technical and non-Technical) and managing the hire to retire process in the company including talent development, Attrition Management, Retention management, performance management strategies
• Proactively managing recruitment including leading weekly recruitment calls, resource plans and dashboards
• Working with legal counsel for all documents (contracts, promotions, terms of engagement, terminations etc.)
• Updating offer letters / contracts to share with individual and finance based on promotions/role changes
• Defining, aligning and communicating HR Policies and Procedures to internal teams.
• Ensuring the HR handbook is up to date with Contract information as required.
• Annual Travel Tickets, Employment visa processing, Medical Insurance Process and Procedures (liaising with Medical provider representative to ensure best deals for team members)
• Working with Finance team to implement and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Expense claims, All forms of Leave, Loans, Airfare etc.
• Ensuring HR legal and regulatory requirements are constantly being met; immigration, WPS, gratuity, etc."

Key Responsibilities
•Managing HR Delivery an Data :

•Responsible for end to end internal recruitment. Assisting hiring managers with job posting process including adding, deleting and refreshing job postings on our career’s page.
•Managing complete recruitment lifecycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources like online job portals, employee referrals, internal employees, candidate database, etc. after identification of manpower requirements.
•Screening of candidates, scheduling interviews and managing the hiring process of candidates.
•Manage candidate flow in applicant tracking system.

•Apply and facilitate execution of HR policies and procedures :

•Supporting West Central Europe, East Central America, Sweden, Madrid and Sub Saharan Africa.
•Supporting Global and Local HR processes of employees of Ericsson in different regions of the world through a tool.
•Assisting employees, managers and unit heads in global processes which includes Recruitment, Performance management, Variable payout (long term/Short term), Learning, International mobility (LTA/STA), ESS/MSS, DUR, eforms.
•Assisting employees, managers and unit heads in Local processes which includes Benefit programs, Payroll, Employment Verification, Leaves, Time reporting in tool.

•Tools and Resources :

•Making effective use of SAP HR, P06 and P12 for implementing global and local processes.
•Using SMP tool to raise and receive requests from employees of Ericsson globally.
•Using ITM tool in order to assist managers and employees for performance management, total rewards program, Recruiting, Learning.
•Having experienced knowledge of Concur and Gordon tool.
•Working closely with HR Specialists in Tier 2, both within HR SSC and HR GSSC
•Guiding employees, managers and unit heads to the right information sources and HR systems.
