• Standardization of drawings.

• Coordinate with Product In charge and QC team to standardize the construction of SEG standard Products.
• Study/review tender documents (scope of works, contracts, specification, drawings)
• Prepare request for quotation packages(RFQ) to subcontractor’s and supplier’s (scope of works, drawings, specification, contracts conditions

• Reviewing customer drawings, plans and other documents in order to prepare detailed technical proposal for them.

• Operated CNC machines ACE JOBER XL/LM, PILATUS20 T and loaded and unloaded parts, minor machine offsets, minor tool changes, debarred, measured and documented quality records.
• Ensured dimensions of finished work pieces is in conformance to specifications
• Prepare lathe machines for each specific cut and material.
• Check and Fix the Chuck Pressure based on Components
• Calculating machine speed and feed ratios, size and cut position for work piece
