Recently joined Essar Corporate Group as DGM-Training for the special assignment of Establishment of Common Training centre for Essar Group for all the business group like Refinery, power, Steel, Projects, Logistics.
Training centre will focus on
• Induction training, basic engineering training for operations, maintenance and construction staff.
• Practical training, workshop, classroom trainings, need base trainings, trade wise trainings, HSE trainings.
• Soft skill training, simulator training.
• Competency assessment and certification for each employee and contractor staff.

• As a chemical engineer not only having industrial experience of hardcore industries but also having thorough knowledge of theory, design, Training management, operation, process control with proficient communication skill and value addition attitude.
• Performed jobs with various capacities like Plant Trainer, Production manager, shift in charge, DCS Panel officer, pre-commissioning/ commissioning engineer with great efficiency and Safety compliance.
• Developed and implemented of Competency based system - MRC (Minimum required competency) of job role and HSE.
• Trained and Certified shift staff (Operators, shift engineers, DCS panel officers) with various modules (Field task test, simulator training, online objective test, subjective test, interview).
• Developed various Training modules for Field operator staff, Panel (DCS) staff, and shift engineers (fresher as well as experienced person as other work area training).
• Prepared Training manuals, induction manuals, presentations, one page training material, tool box talk material, question banks for training of employees as well as contractor workers.
• Planning & scheduling training/ refresher courses weekly, monthly and yearly bases, like class room training, field visit, and workshop visit.
• Developed, reviewed & implemented various SOPs of routine operation, start-up, shutdown, equipment maintenance, pre-commissioning, commissioning, system normalization and trained the personnel for the same
• Audited the shift staff competency and preparing training plans based on gap analysis for each person by using ILNA (Individuals Learning need assessments) software.
• Imparted soft skill trainings like Man-management, Behaviour based safety, time management, personal development, operational discipline, D0’s & Don’ts in organization, ergonomics.
• Fine experience of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up, shutdown, troubleshooting & operation management of refinery as well as power sector.

Power plant( 5.8 years ): Nuclear power corporation of India ltd- A Government of India Enterprize. Having total 2400 MW nuclear power generation capacity.
i. Worked in nuclear power plant of 220MW consists of nuclear reactor, boilers, turbo-generator system with auxiliary system.
ii. Utility unit consist of water treatment unit, chiller unit, HVAC system, Compressed air system, Liquid nitrogen unit, cooling water system and chlorination unit.
