Responsibilities:
- verify that quality system is effectively deployed
- participate in quality system improvement initiatives
- conduct QMS training for employees
- conduct internal/external audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards
- determining root causes of quality issues and develop corrective actions and recommendations
- suggests and lead process changes where appropriate
- promote improvement of quality issues across the business
- quality reporting to top management
- support quality improvement projects
- creation of the quality plans
- analyze process and Quality Management System data and investigate for improvement opportunities.
• support and assist the Quality team and the deliverables within the projects to assure successful delivery of QA services within time, scope
• devising and establishing company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
• defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
• induction of site personnel with quality processes and requirements at site
• maintain accurate records, files, and reports for managerial capacity
• assist in continual improvement of the company QMS
• software implementation/validation
