Manage the calendar, emails, and invites for the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of appointments.
• Translate all necessary documents related to government entities, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information.
• Serve as the focal point for the CAO office and government entities such as the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) and Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHR).
• Provide comprehensive support to the CAO, including handling personal requests and managing travel arrangements (business trips, per diem, hotel, transportation, driver).
• Handle students' complaints, investigate issues, and delegate to the relevant departments for resolution.
• Organize retreat programs for executive campus directors and executive deans, ensuring smooth coordination and logistics.
• Coordinate town hall meetings, including hotel bookings, catering, and other events related to faculty promotions.• Manage meetings, invites, and supporting documents, ensuring seamless execution in boardrooms.• Draft agendas and minutes of meetings for Academic Council meetings, Leadership meetings with Executive Deans, and Campus Directors Meetings.• Manage progress reports using Smartsheet for proposed programs (diploma, certificate, micro-credential, bachelor), ensuring timely updates and communication.• Collaborate closely with the president's office for inquiries and coordination of academic requirements.• Coordinate directly with the chancellor's office for all academic-related matters.• Manage required documents for academic board meetings, steering committee meetings, and board meetings with the chancellor.• Coordinate with support service departments for requests related to new joiners (professors, deans, associate deans, faculty members, contract renewals, promotions).• Compile reports for faculties such as overtime, system course leaders, academic programs, and directives for assignments, and share them with the President and Chief Executive Officer (PCEO) for approval.• Share revised policies and directives with the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) communication team for publication on the portal.
