Currently leading the programme for VoLTE implementation & launch in a multi-vendor network for a large telecom operator in India. The network involves co-existing network from multiple OEMs to be optimized for a smooth VoLTE roll out & an excellent user experience.
Additionally, leading the Methods & Tools, reinforcing the quality of Project Management process in the organization. Regional Driver & Champion for the Ericsson’s PPM Tool “Global Chronos”, controlling the process adherence through the various stages of project lifecycle (Project initiation to project conclusion) ensuring robust Project Management practices.
Also responsible for the implementation of a new project tracking tool (Erisite) to align the regional project management practices to the Ericsson Global methodologies for end to end project delivery. The tool methodology caters to all project management needs & keeps track of all activities ranging from initial project engagement to the closure.
