Responsible for sales and business development in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for Sales & Business Development for both manufacturing companies in GCC Region, handling a sales team to manage, Travelling extensively in GCC region countries.
• Actively involved in Team Building, Budgeting, Strategic Planning, market development & expansion in line with the company’s regional and global financial targets and in close co-operation with management.
• Own the sales budget planning for assigned GCC region and profit target achievement for the sales team / territory in line with the Company and BU regional and global financial targets.
• Appointing the Agents & Distributors in assigned regions with an aim to establish & create the brand presence in market, To increase the revenue and to cover maximum possible opportunities in region.
• Proved & developed strong and close relation with all EPCs, Fabricators, Consultants, PMCs for direct supply & approval to Projects and also setting up the distribution channels through stockiest & Traders.
• Weekly meetings with sales staff to track prospects, to ensure them being productive on weekly basis, to ensure submitting timely proposals, Sharing Competition information and customer developments.
• Perform market research; gathering information concerning supply, Setting a business development plan of demand and competition levels in the region and sharing results with the staff and senior management.
• Seeking new approvals/ Pre-Qualifications with the new Clients, End Users, PMCs & EPCs, Company presentations to customers, taking an active part in Oil & Gas exhibitions, Sales Conference, Trade shows as an aim to increase business network & to be updated with market trend & future opportunities.
