•HRIS Implementation - Seamless HRIS Implementation, Automation of all processes and digitization of personnel records on Darwinbox.
•HR Policies & Processes - Designed, developed, and implemented the HR Policies and processes with proper benchmarking and in alignment with JCI/NABH requirements.
•Performance Management - Institutionalized Performance management framework (Balance Score Card) with emphasis on 1:1 constructive feedback and institutionalized annualized rewards to all eligible staff members.
•Employee Engagement - Implemented Strategic HR framework covering five pillars of success (Recognition, Rewards, Fun @ Work, learning & development, talent, succession planning and career pathways)
•Learning & Growth - Successfully delivered the MDP Programs for the Mid-senior management employees (Clinical + non-Clinical) through tailor-made programs in collaboration with Indian Institute of Management (IIM) - Kozhikode.
•Industrial Relations/ Union Handling - Represent Union for the harmonious relationship, conciliation, Labour welfare and Industrial relationship matters periodically.
