Evaluating two potential acquisitions Member of a Telekom Malaysia Board Mandated committee comprising CEO, GM Network Planning, GM Finance, Head legal and Head Switch Operations that is evaluating two potential acquisition targets to broaden the networks revenue streams. Work carried out include carrying out due diligence on the accounts and forecasting future cash flows taking into account the synergies between the acquisition targets and the networks core business in order to arrive at a cash flow based valuation. On going evaluation will focus on the possibility of integrating the acquisitions unutilised core operating assets with the networks assets as a first step in implementing the networks emerging vision to translate itself a cellular communication company
