• Manage service and technical support team in multiple sites withing western region.
• Manage vendor relationship and communications, SLA’s, Contracts, Spare parts, shipments, new suppliers, and any escalation or support required for all SBG projects.
• Manage spare parts with local and international suppliers.

L3, HTCS high thruput Cargo Scanners. High Energy Mobile Scanners, (Leidos, Smiths detection, NUCTECH, Rapiscan, Rapiscan /AS&E, Morpho, XRC).
Gantry Cargo Scanner.
Luggage scanners, (multiple brands).
Narcotic and explosive detection systems.
Manage Daily Operation and Maintenance Activities in multiple sites within western and southern regions.
•Manage Client relationship (ZATCA).
•Arrang Operation and maintenance report and statistics.
•Manage All project site activities within Western region.
•Mange operation and maintenance team for western and southern region for daily activities of Operation and PM, CM for: Create checklists, PM and AM programs, and create manuals and design as built schematic diagrams for integrated systems. Tracking and updating project plan using primavera P6. . Work closely with the tendering department. . involved in customer negotiation for new business. . Involved in pricing of new contracts.
Lead New Installation and Upgrading in country equipment and systems, Including SAT tests and handover to customer.
•Service wide range of Smiths Detection security X-Ray and trace systems, (IONSCAN 600, HS10080 XCT, HCVM-XT, All Luggage scanners range, CIP300.
•Provide Operators Training for a wide range of Smiths Detection products, (IONSCAN 600, HS10080 XCT, HCVM-XT, All Luggage scanners range, CIP300.
•Worked directly with different departments, clients, management, to achieve Customer satisfactions.
•Supported Service Manager in improving operations and resolving issues to deliver top-notch customer service.

Covering Preventive maintenance plans for in country systems and working closely with projects departments for new systems installations.
•Attending SAT and handover to customers for new systems.

•Worked directly with different departments, clients, management, to achieve Customer Sanctification.
•Preventive and corrective maintenance for wide range of AS&E systems, (Z-portal, Car scanner, all luggage scanners range, collocated system, Mini-Z.
•Work with installation and commissioning team during in country new systems installation.
Project Manager: Manage TTS (Transit Tracking System) Assembly project: Designed the production line and manage all required tools, building facilities and production machines with proper Manpower, fill the Assembly procedures, then managing units testing and handover to client.
•Project Manager: a) Mange many teams in 16 different sites during projects, from scratch to handover to client (Saudi customs). b) Manage systems and subsystems shipments. c) Made many modifications in the original design, (PLC program, Safety panels, Schematics diagrams, AutoCAD as built drawings). d) Leading the Commissioning and installation teams to perform the required tasks to achieve project requirements. e) Create plans for all teams. f) Managing day-to-day technical tasks of projects.
•Site Manager: a) Manage the installation and commissioning in many sites, good experience in troubleshooting for X-ray systems (Varex systems) and very good knowledge in detectors boards and related components (Certified), very good experience in radiation solutions to pass the specialist radiation agency inspections, by providing shielding solutions for the buildings and systems, very good experience in imaging system for x-ray installation and commissioning, troubleshooting (Certificated), Integrating systems and working on assuring reliability for the systems, electrical power and control and PLC programming, Automation systems, mechanical, reporting work progress to higher management.
•Automation and Control Systems Specialist Engineer: a) Work in the system integration. b) Work in Automation Design for the new systems and to improve the previous systems. c) Work as trainer. d) Working in business development and start new business. e) Work as a designer for new projects. f) Work as technical support. g) Create maintenance manuals and AM, PM Schedules, check lists. h) Supporting tendering departments.
Electrical faults troubleshooting on nonwovens production lines, baby diapers production lines, HVAC systems and AHU and boilers, programming PLC controllers, and add many subsystems to main production lines.
