• Aligns the sales organization’s objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, and forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
• Accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.
• Leads learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization, and provides stewardship of sales and sales management talent. Through active, productive partnerships with Human Resources and Learning and Development functions, establishing learning and development objectives essential to the sales organization’s success, oversees the effective delivery of training and development programs, actively assesses the value of training and development investments, and monitors learning and development outcomes to ensure high ROI.
• Establishes and governs the sales organizations performance management system. This includes establishing guiding sales organizational principles for managing performance, establishing and prioritizing critical performance measures for all sales jobs; overseeing the equitable allocation of organization objectives across all sales channels, markets, and personnel; and ensuring all key sales and sales management associates are held accountable for assigned results.
• Leading successful deals with the retailers and CE Hypers in the markets (Carrefour, Panda, Extra, Lulu...etc)
• Leading successful deals with the media platforms in the region and business partners
• Analyzing the content and packaging it in in a different models.
• Leading the deals with the partner Telco companies such as Etisalat, Du, ooredoo, Batelco, Zain & STC.
• Involved in the strategic planning with the Satellite service provider ARABSAT
• Working, developing and shaping the OTT. Platform across the MENA markets.
• Involved with developing and enhancing the features of the relevant decoders and gateways.
• Regulating the products and getting them certified by the relevant authorities
• Involved in the sales projection and P&L Calculation
• Planning and executing the marketing plans of the different media products.
• Building and developing the first pay tv platform of MBC group GOBX.
• Develop and Enhance the business of the OTT Application B2B & B2C
• Lead the company to create new business channels in the MENA Territory (B2B/B2D/B2C)
• Enhance the business with the channels partners and Telco Operators, OSN & Bein media group (B2B Business Channel)
• Certify and approve the products from the required authorities
• Enhance the brand image and products knowledge by conducting different training sessions along with products presentations.
• Enhance the distribution's network and ensuring an extensive regional support to all the business channels.
• Lead the products development & strategy in MENA Territory
• Develop tie up relation with the business partners in the business territory
• Initiate the different potential dealers/markets with the new technical solutions
• Analyze the customers and markets needs and offering the suitable solutions
• Enhance the technical and after sales service of the company in the region
• Enhance the products knowledge by running different road shows and technical sessions across the different markets
• Responsible of the stream lining of the Sales division

• Manage and guide the technical requirements of the projects owners (Constructions industry)
• Attend various meeting with the clients and the contractors in order to assure the successful business delivery to the clients.
• Research and develop the solutions specifications demanded by the contractions Industry.
