• Lead the sales for Videocon’s CE & Mobile Business in UAE and responsible for account acquisition, client relationship management, and business development, including payment gateway & solutions management.
• Managed sales for ZTE’s Handset and network business in India and responsible for new account development and client relationship management.
• Responsible for pre-sales and sales for NSN’s networking business in India and lead new product development & management, and new client acquisition & management.
Responsible for customer service request management and troubleshooting.
RESEARCH PROJECTS-MBA •Network International: Product Positioning and Marketing Strategy for NI in GCC and MENA Region- The project required study of acquiring, processing and issuing business of the payment industry in GCC and MENA regions including the point of sale (POS) usage trends. •Applied Research Project: Study of Customer awareness and perception towards male contraceptives in Singapore.
