• Study GPS survey and convert to AutoCAD format and develop Pipeline Route Design using TRIMBLE.
• Plan and Supervise in preparing deliverables such as Route Proposal, Piping Isometric, Nozzle Orientation, Piping Layout, Profileh Drawing /Alignment Sheet, Valve Chamber Details for Sluice Valve, Air Valve, Washout and Fire Hydrant.
• Study and refer Piping P&ID, Equipment Mechanical Datasheets, Equipment Layouts, Plot Plan, PMS and Line List and propose the best possible piping layout.
• Preparing Piping Bill of Materials and cross-check with the Isometric Diagram.
• Submitting Shop Drawings for client approval and RFI drawings to other Departments for NOCs, co-ordinate and follow-up for renewal of NOCs.
• Preparing Red-line mark-ups for AS-Built preparation. Supervise in
preparing AS-BUILT drawings.
• Worked on deputation with SEWA (Sharjah Electricity & Water Authority)
in Water Department. Duties include:
✓ Conducting site survey and preparing Route Proposal layout.
✓ Prepare BOM from proposals and estimating the quantity of Cut / Fill.
✓ Prepare & submit estimate for main-line extension work.
✓ Site supervision and timely completion of extension works.
✓ Update mainline extensions in AutoCAD and GIS after completion at
site.

❖Operation and Maintenance of Water Department, Sharjah Electricity
and Water Authority.

❖ Hamdah to Bedia 800mm Dia CS Transmission Line.

DANA Gas Terminal (SEWA Gas Project).
Worked as a Piping Design Engineer in an Engineering Design Consultancy.
Piping scope involves the Design of Piping in Chemical Plant.
Perform a detail study of the P&ID, Layouts, Plot Plan and PMS.
3D Modeling.
Prepare tie-in points lists in battery limit.
Sequential arrangement of piping in pipe rack which may vary depending on the client conditions.
Undertake area-wise / package piping as per ASME standards.
Sometimes will be assigned to work with co-ordination of client and in their office.
Prepare piping G.A. / detail route for 3D modeling.
Review the 3D model & make sure it is clash-free and flow conditions are satisfied.
Prepare nozzle orientation drawings and issue for Fabrication.
Generate / draw iso for Stress and fabrication.
Study and provide final comments from piping side on Package/Vendor Drawings.

Prepare Drawings such as Pipeline Route Drawing, Wellhead Plot plan Alignment sheet, Pipe Isometric(with bill of materials), General Arrangement (Piping & Civil), P&ID using AutoCAD.
Isometric Checking against P&ID, Specification, Line attributes and Client's requirements.
Preparation of Route Proposal as per Site Visit Report.
