- Prepare, maintain, and update CV database to ensuring the fulfillment of manpower plan targets.
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Coordinate multiple recruitment process phases inclusive of scheduling interviews, ad placement, administering testing, submitting, and maintaining needed pre-hire process.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Create candidates pipeline through posting job ads on all recruitment channels.
- Expand and maintain talent pools through continuous networking.
- Organize, compile and update company personal records and documentation.
- Collect and compile data, conduct research, prepare reports, and coordinate all management projects.
- Identify and forecast staffing needs in different areas and departments.

- Administering recruitment and selection process including (advertising - sourcing. screening, shortlisting, selection and interviewing).
- Conducting exit interviews, performing analysis and advice recommendations to reduce absenteeism and turnover.

- Collect TNA and compare it with the performance gaps to create training plan.
- Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs.
- Review Annual Appraisal with Managers “Seniors & Supervisors” and employees.
- Integrate the employee referral program as a key component of the sourcing and talent acquisition process. This requires raising awareness levels and educating employees on its importance to the long term growth and profitability of the Company.
- Receive and handle cash / Cheques deposits (within authorized limits).
- Process cash withdrawal (within authorized limits).
- Sort customer deposited foreign currency for fraud banknotes.
- Responsible for Western Union Transactions.
- Authorize and verify customer position and signature, to approve certain transactions.
- Process outgoing cheques, bills and transfers.
- Input received clearing cheques.
- Process incoming cheques and bills.
- Receive and handle cash / Cheques deposits (within authorized limits).
- Process cash withdrawal (within authorized limits).
- Prepare, Deliver and register customers check books.
- Answer customer’s daily inquires and responsible for Signatures Scanning (insert, modify and delete).
- Open customer time deposits.
- Renewal and breaking customers time deposits.
- Marketing Services to the potential Customers and new products.
- Open Current & saving accounts.
- Follow up (inactive letters - zero balance - ATM Fees...etc).
- Responsible for Inward and Outward cheque clearing.
* Teller:
- Receive and handle cash / Cheques deposits (within authorized limits).
- Process cash withdrawal (within authorized limits).
- Sort customer deposited foreign currency for fraud banknotes.
- Authorize and verify customer position and signature, to approve certain transactions.
- Process outgoing cheques, bills and transfers.

- Issue draft cheques.
- Process received traveler's cheques.
- Promptly and efficiently handle escalated customer issues and feedback.
- Promote and sell full range of products / Services to current and potential clients at the counter or by referring to customer service area.
- Process outgoing transfers.
- Process incoming bills.
- Issue draft cheques.
- Ensure abiding to Bank policies, procedures and compliance regulations.
* Branch Customer Service Representative:
- Answer Customer’s calls within the agreed service level.
- Conduct the right customer identity verification and authentication.
- Answer customers inquiries and handover customers request to the back office within the agreed service level.
- Ensure customers request are executed within the right channel.
- Ensure using the right forms.
- Conduct follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and propose solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate to higher authority all issues complaints (Reports, Statistics, Analysis…….) related to department performance, obstacles bottle necks and propose solutions.
- Communicate potential sales leads to Call Center Supervisor.
- Up sell, cross sell and market special offers and services tailor made by retail line made by line of business.
- Sell and Market branch products and services to meet target assigned.
- Issuing certificates of saving and reviewing cash category.
- Deal with walk in Customers.
- Report difficulties / Problems or comments within the application used.
- Follow up with delayed Customers request.
- To have an intimated knowledge of the Customers’ needs.
- Provide Customers with information regarding TEData’s new products.
- Identify the needs of Customers both internally and externally.
- Perform any other duties requested by the Direct Manager.
- Handling Customers complaints and queries.
- Deal effectively with all support calls, investigating and responding to queries and progressing to a successful conclusion at the earliest time.
- Selling the company products by telephone and answer all questions about the company products and the latest promotions.
- Speak positively and enthusiastically about the company and its products and services to ensure that a professional company and brand image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues.
