Managing a set of Global & Regional businesses: working with different specialist divisions/teams within Publicis Media to develop and deliver integrated original communication strategies, and innovative media solutions that bring business results to the client.
Consulting & setting communication strategies and media campaigns across a portfolio of regional and international clients including Red Bull Middle East, KAO Group, Omantel, Kering Group, Reckitt Benckiser, FOX Network Group, ENI & Hilton Hotels & Resorts.
Leading participation in all regional media tenders (offline & online) across various industries including Automotive, FMCG, Pharma, Film Industry, Tech & eCommerce in addition to supporting and coordinating the global new business pitches. Key responsibilities include:
o Reporting to the CEO of the MENA region, as head of marketing, currently responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that ill enhance the Organization’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications; and all Organization marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition and so forth.
o Lead identification of new business hit list / prospects, developing engagement plans & being responsible for regional prospect contact.
o Ensure all regional MENA pitches and Global-led pitches are of the highest possible quality and effectiveness.
o Effectively manage new business pitches and pitch teams, developing a pitch plan, generating pitch ideas, coordinating the best team to develop winning work.
o Provide support to offices in the MENA region on local pitches as and when necessary.
o Responsible for setting the agency’s communication strategy, and for communicating Zenith's ROI positioning, thought leadership and company news at a regional level. Managing network media relations and responsible for Zenith's presence at festivals and conferences around the region.
Leading all regional new business pitches and supporting or coordinating the global and local new business pitches. Key responsibilities include:

Leading a team of 3 members. Clients handled included Saudi Telecommunications Company (STC), Al Munajem Group & KUDU Restaurants. Multitasking regional responsibilities including liaison with suppliers and key personnel, proofing regional projects and following up to completion, monitoring and analyzing promotion activities and tracking all marketing merchandise. Assisting with media monitoring and planning in addition to introducing Showtime to regional direct marketing SMS & email campaign that lead to building a direct marketing team at Showtime.
