Managing Gandour Main Warehouses (Outbound) along with the following responsibilities:
• Strategically managing the warehouses in compliance according to company’s policies and SOPs.
• Overseeing FEFO methodology for FG products.
• Overseeing the GWP (good warehouse practices).
• Adhering to all warehousing handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
• Overseeing the receiving & Storage process even from suppliers, production and import shipments in compliance with the SOPs.
• overseeing stock control and processing orders for Sales departments (WS - MT - VS).
• Coordinating with planning department for achieving Branches replenishment plan.
• Managing the warehouses utilization and optimizing the warehouses storage capacity.
• Calculating monthly throughput along with the labors productivity for ensuring that there isn’t any waste of time and finding any opportunity for saving costs.
• Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork to ensure the productivity targets are achieved.
• Liaise with sales department to achieve the monthly sales target.
• Overseeing the markets return with high follow to the system entry to avoid any delay.
• Overseeing conducting the physical disposal for any item or material (Expired, Damaged, obsolete, … etc.) in compliance with the company policies.
• Keeping stock control systems updated.
• Adhering to all warehousing handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
• producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• maintaining standards of health and safety, and security in the work environment.
• Ensure all inventory levels by conducting physical counts with a fully analysis if any variances and reconciling with data storage system.

• Ensure the swift alignment between the production and quality in terms of their regular routine demand as well as securing all requirement thus meeting production objectives.

• Following-up the daily reports of loading the Van sales trucks in terms of the quantity of each sales rep and the loading time.
• Following-up the temperature of the warehouses (Dry & Cold) and make sure that it within the quality recommendations.
• Reviewing the status of the returns and ensure that all of it entered the system on time and not delayed.
• Monitoring the department KPIs (Delivery on time - items Freshness - monthly count accuracy).
• Following-up the weekly disposal of the damaged and expired products and ensure that it done according to the company policy.
• Following-up the transferred shipments from the main warehouse to branches and ensure that it arrived within the supposed time.
• Managing the warehouse in-bound and out-bound.
• Utilizing the warehouse storage capacity.
• Responsible for food safety of my projects.
• Responsible for applying ISO instructions.
• Responsible for safety and health for the labors and equipment.
• Following-up all shipments (local and imported).
• Confirming the QTY and the Expiration date for all shipments that received and corresponding the system POs.
• Following-up the customer distribution Orders.
• Ensuring the customer Orders are properly prepared and setting a shipping plan to deliver it.
• Setting an action plan for the monthly inventory as requested by each customer.
• Receive raw materials from vendors.
• Liaising with the QC department to inspect the received materials.
• coordinate with the production department to ensure to provide the needed raw material to achieve the production plan.
• Supply the other Pepsi plants with Raw & Packaging materials.
• Secure the production plan.
• Responsible for food safety reports and internal audit.
• Responsible for safety and health reports.
