Responsible for the following aspects of the
supply chain: sourcing, purchasing, transport,
warehousing and distribution. Also involved in
identifying and implementing initiatives to reduce
the overall supply chain cost base.
• Preparing, Handling, Printing-out all Documentations related to orders (issued in Warehouse) such as
Delivery ticket, Invoice, Custom Declaration and Filling all documents of W.H/material work flow, (soft
copy & hard copy)
• Preparing custom declaration for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Arranging/testing equipment (if needed) and controlling the stock level in warehouse.
• Preparing and issuing all stock counts for fiscal year.
• Follow-up the orders until delivered to customers.
• Have an experience and supreme knowledge about the free zone and GAFI government system.
•
• Good user of Microsoft-GP System (It is the most important soft ware of industrial companies in the world for material and warehousing)
Key Accountabilities:
• Support the sales team to develop their sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Initiate and coordinate material action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Assisting in development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
• Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Control material prime-cost to meet budget guidelines
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
