• Manage end-to-end finance operations for a group of companies executing large-scale
contracting and landscape projects across multiple countries.
• Oversee project accounting, including WIP, POC calculations, variations, claims, retention,
and final accounts.
• Prepare and consolidate group financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
projections.
• Lead banking relationships with local and international banks for Working capital facilities,
Overdrafts, term loans, Letters of Credit & Bank Guarantees (APG, PBG, PBG).
• Actively manage liquidity risks and short-term obligations (payroll, taxes, vendors).
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal consultants.
• Ensure full tax compliance across jurisdictions (VAT, WHT, corporate tax, social insurance,
transfer pricing).
• Support executive management in strategic financial decisions, restructuring, and
negotiations with stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor finance teams across different countries.
• Implement the company accounting system, procedures & policies.
• Executive Financial Dashboard reporting to the BOD on monthly, quarterly, annual basis for
all affiliates, and subsidiaries (performance, liquidity, profitability).
• Strict implementation of financial controls.
• Ensuring compliance with local law, tax provisions and relevant industry and financial
regulations.

• Prepare and report monthly/annual financial statements to the stakeholders.
• Performs cost and financial analysis, and control activities.
• Providing the planning team with the relative data with all the financial analysis required for
performing the strategic and tactical plan.
• Report the variance report with all the associated reports to the stakeholders to evaluate the
business plan.
• Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans.
• Oversee various accounting operations.
• Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Implement the company accounting system, procedures & policies.
• Maintain the books to match the IFRS & GAAP.
• Ensuring compliance with local law, tax provisions and relevant industry and financial
regulations.
• Audit liaison; coordinating with external financial, compliance and tax auditors.
• Manage the treasury duties and all bank relationships.
• Debt management and collection.
• Cashflows management and reporting.
• Develop and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Interact with commercial and legal cases both internally and externally.

• Perform financial services to the HR & Payroll Department.
• Build-up the management process for the workflow together with the Head Quarter.
• Build-up the internal rules & regulations together with the Head Quarter.
• Prepare a Monthly budget & plan for the month payroll.
• Prepare a Monthly & Quarterly reports to the management to evaluate the payroll payment.
• Prepare a Monthly & Quarterly reports to the management to evaluate the business plan.
• Review & Approve the monthly payroll calculations & payment for the outsource companies
(9 Companies).
• Allocate the cost of salary for each project/department.
• Review, audit & approve the suppliers invoices according to the PO & the approved payroll
reports.
• Audit the suppliers payments on quarterly basis with the Finance Department at the Head
Quarter.
• Discuss & review the Annual Internal Audit Report for the end year closure.
• Review the Income Tax & Social Security together with the Local Finance & Legal
Departments.

• Performs cost and financial analysis, and control activities.
• Prepare the Profitability Reports for all projects.
• Prepare the POC report for all projects.
• Analyzing and reporting all the financial data from the related parties.
• Preparing and analyzing company cash flow forecast.
• Analysis actual spent YTD from the budget.
• Update Latest Estimates and communicate actual spend with management Team on
monthly basis.
• Review all the related accounts to the section and proceed the necessary transactions.
• Maintain the accounting entries according to the IFRS.
• Assist in the monthly company reports MIS.
• Prepare the External Audit files & answer their entire questionnaire.
