• Worked directly with suppliers to get the parts that will support my design.

• Performed hand calculations for the area of foam used in each part, amount and types of resign, hardener and area of fiber mats used.
• Used SVN, project pier and drop box to commit data to server.
• Made drawings for lamination plan using AutoCAD.
• Designed the upcoming 55 power Catamaran yacht fuel tank.

• Utilized Solidworks and Blender to effectively create and develop mechanical design specifications for Cooling Towers, Poultry industrial machines “Manual, Automation and Robotics" including a a heat exchanger without water cool because water cooling is not an available option in Saudi Arabia to cool rendering highly acidic hot gas with unknown specification from 130 degree C to 85 degree C in very short time to purify the steam using a turbine and chemicals that was Sold for $ 1.2 M to a poultry company in Saudi Arabia.
• Aided continuous product development and evolution through travelling to workshops to supervise my design development and guide the technician by showing him some welding method videos and other necessary things.
• Performed testing on my design and made researches about academic equations and theories for the mentioned machines before designing).
• Worked directly with ISO Egypt and American chamber Egypt to take ISO stamp for my heat exchanger design and to have training from the American chamber to our employees in the company.
 Reason For Leaving
• I had an army recall when the company was going to send me to Saudi Arabia so they did not accept that and asked me kindly to resign.
