Assisted in designing the upcoming Sunreef Catamaran 70 Supreme yacht.
• Designed many moulds for many different yachts parts using SOLIDWORKS.
• Worked directly with suppliers to get the parts that will support my design.
• Assisted in manufacturing.
• Performed hand calculations for the area of foam used in each part, amount and types of resign, hardener and area of fiber mats used.
• Used SVN, project pier and drop box to commit data to server.
• Made drawings for lamination plan using AutoCAD.
• Designed the upcoming 55 power Catamaran yacht fuel tank.
Utilized SOLIDWORKS to effectively create and develop plastic molds and fiberglass products. • Supported engineering design development through analysis and simulation of prototypes and 3D computer models using SOLIDWORKS & ANSYS. • Planned and evaluated results of manual mathematical calculations to support the simulation analysis made by the CAD software. • Designed two fiberglass tanks successfully, overseeing production processes from conception to completion. • Drew up blueprints for all designs, outlining mechanical project scopes, specifications and special details using AutoCAD. • Utilized Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and KEYSHOT applications to render output 3D images for the work done on SOLIDWORKS. • Addressed design challenges and evaluated alternative design models to meet project requirements. • Newcomers, engineers and Laboure's technical trainer.
• Utilized Solidworks to effectively create and develop mechanical design specifications for armed forces and Police Target range equipment and robotics including the following:
1. Popup and double popup target range on a 25m and 50m shooting distance).
2. Monorail target moving on a slide starting from 5m distance up to 50m distance).
3. Infantry and moving targets using robotized vehicles and motion detector sensors).

• Utilized Solidworks and Blender to effectively create and develop mechanical design specifications for Cooling Towers, Poultry industrial machines “Manual, Automation and Robotics" including a a heat exchanger without water cool because water cooling is not an available option in Saudi Arabia to cool rendering highly acidic hot gas with unknown specification from 130 degree C to 85 degree C in very short time to purify the steam using a turbine and chemicals that was Sold for $ 1.2 M to a poultry company in Saudi Arabia.
• Aided continuous product development and evolution through travelling to workshops to supervise my design development and guide the technician by showing him some welding method videos and other necessary things.
• Performed testing on my design and made researches about academic equations and theories for the mentioned machines before designing).
• Worked directly with ISO Egypt and American chamber Egypt to take ISO stamp for my heat exchanger design and to have training from the American chamber to our employees in the company.
Reason For Leaving
• I had an army recall when the company was going to send me to Saudi Arabia so they did not accept that and asked me kindly to resign.
• Review electromechanical offers and make comparisons to choose the best mechanism and devices that suits the company projects.
• Make contracts BOQ and invoices.
• Reviewing and approval of electromechanical workshop drawings including (HVAC, electricity, plumbing and fire system).
• Created and submitted approved mechanical drawings & specification guidelines for plumbing systems using AutoCAD.
• Supported Interior design department in the design, specification & testing of new system protocols.
• Worked closely with contractors to maintain optimum levels of communication for the effective and efficient completion of project.

• Designing of Complete Plumbing and Drainage System in residential compound and supervise assembling it in site for the whole compound ( 11 buildings, a mosque, a mall and a school ) in just nine months and we finished it in time.
• Worked with my group team to fix sanitation issue to keep the project going on without delaying.
