• Heading sales and marketing activities in UAE market, delivering sales and leading people for optimal performance.
• Planning & organizing the consumer BU function and assigning daily tasks to assure business growth and increase profitability.
• Identify and leverage business growth opportunities through continuous screening and monitoring of market trend.
• In charge of P&L and bottom line profit.
• Leading a team of 6 sales executives and their entire SFE process including planning, sales team communication and execution tracking.
• Providing monthly/quarterly and annually regional analysis of SFE implementation.
• Leading projects in building and strengthening information and provide the right solutions in meeting business needs.
• Ensuring market competitiveness and drive target selling behavior.
• Setting key metrics, KPIs and reporting dashboards to ensure efficiency of sales force.
• Monitoring reports and analyzing performance data, and sales activities to develop and improve performance of sales teams.
• Building strong relation with Brand Managers and facilitate sales administrative function and streaming process.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, terms of sales and service agreements.
• Set a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and KPIs for team members according to their function to assure people development.
• Development of the annual marking plan to generate realistic forecast for each product.
• Insure standards for quality and customer service are met.
• Develop yearly commercial plan including special promotion, displays, and events.
• Prioritize tasks and projects to meet tight deadlines.
• Analyze sales to identify potential areas of growth.
• Interpret short and long- term effects on sales trends in link to operating profit.
• Provide high standards of ongoing training for sales representatives.
• Build relationships with customers and the community to promote long term business growth.
• Manage the sales team, develop business plans to cover sales, revenue, and expense control to meet agreed goals.
• Maximize sales of products and increase the market within the assigned area.
• Achieve sales targets in the designated territory while meeting all Company’s requirements.
• Maintain accurate coverage of designated territory and ensure full compliance with CRM reporting requirements to be in line with Company policy guidelines.
• Conduct customer segmentation in line with the Company’s guidelines to ensure target customers are approached with the optimal tools, frequency and to be provided with the best-in-class customer service.
• Maintain the customer database up to date to ensure full understanding of customer needs to be able to timely fulfill them.
• Maintain an excellent on-going knowledge of different disease areas, products and competitors.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest products information and clinical data provided by the company. Present and discuss this data with healthcare professionals during face-to-face and/or group presentations.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis including Market and Competitive Business Intelligence.
• Understand customers and market insights to ensure achievement of short-term and long-term business objectives.
• Develop and enhance the contact network with Leading Specialists and KOLs
