Managing the full end to end recruitment process
Managing several teams to fulfill the internal and external clients’ needs
Prepare recruitment plans
Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
Visiting clients to build and develop relationships
Setting KPIs and provide feedback to subordinates
Help in managing the cost of the department in effective manner and demonstrate cost savings
Ensure that vacancies filled in accordance with agreed deadlines and budgets
Represent accurate and timely reporting cost analysis of recruitment campaigns and monthly reports of recruitment performance
Recommend changes and development to processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the department.
Continually review operational practices to ensure best practice is delivered
- Ensure that the organization’s hiring needs will be fulfilled within the required SLA (Service Level Agreement) according to the annual manpower plan.
- Develop an effective and efficient Human Resources’ policies and procedures (e.g. code of ethics, recruitment policy, dress code, termination, and completion of state reports) that ensures the efficiency of achieving the organizational objectives.
- Ensure optimum staff performance, implement development plans for areas of
development, and provide recognition for exceptional performance.
- Implement a Performance Management process ensures that employees’ performance aligned with the organization’s objective.
- Implement TNA (Training Needs Analysis) Process, in order to identify the employees’ performance gap and area of development.
- Develop the organization’s chart and hierarchy, in order to ensure effective reporting channels and open new opportunities in the hierarchy.
- Lead, train and develop direct reports & implement appropriate performance management activities.
- Hiring more than 150 candidates in 12 different vacancies according to the annual manpower planning.
- Contribute in developing the annual manpower plan according to the departments hiring needs and the organization’s annual objectives.
- Implement the internal recruitment process, and increase the internal vacancies opportunities.
- Conduct job analysis process and update the job descriptions for more than 35 different positions.
- Responsible for the newly comers orientation sessions, and developing the orientation’s program material.
- Prepare monthly yield ratio report in order to measure the recruitment process effectiveness.
- Responsible of HRIS development program and coordinate with the concerns parties.
- Develops a competency-based interview process, in order to measure the right KSA in the candidates.
-Act as a front line representative interacting with Vodafone customers worldwide & especially in Qatar. Role involves responding to customers over the phone and resolving their inquiries. The main purpose is to facilitate and provide a Vodafone global customer service standard.
-Handle all customers' issues and delivering customer’s satisfaction according to Vodafone’s rules and regulations.
-Report and escalate any case or issues concerning the services and customer satisfaction to the concerning departments.
-First line support for all kind of handsets and first line support for blackberry and apple I phone.
