-Plan for harness build schedules and all required activities.
-communicate all activities required to all concerened parties
-follow up on dates and targets to meet customer requirments and target dates.
-make sure all production facilities & requirments are available and ready for use.
-follow up on all engineering related production activities.
-team leader for rework teams sent to UK for engineering reworks on harnesses.
-Managing the shift and making sure Prodcution plan is being met
-Monitoring all production and quality KPIs and targets are being met
-Ensuring that maintenance action plans are being put into action
-Training and development of operators and technicians\]
-Optimize the production process to achieve waste and machine efficiency targets
-Report at the end of the shift all information concerning the production, and machine condition
-Ensure that safety and cleaning measures are respected.
